It’s broken! I don’t like it! If you’ve got a problem with something you bought from us, don’t worry. We’ll help you however we can. At Wowzr! it’s our goal to make you say "Wow!". And that means even when you need to return or exchange something.

We love searching the planet for the coolest, most innovative gadgets, gizmos and accessories so we know there’s a lot out there to choose from. If there's something wrong with your purchase, get in touch and one of the team will be more than happy to help you in any way they can.

   

If you feel like anything you bought from Wowzr! is not for you, simply return the product to us in "as new" condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price including the cost of the return postage*.

If your product is faulty then please tell us. Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s replacement warranty**. If this happens we’ll pay for postage to make sure you get a replacement product as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on any of the fun.

* Please note if you paid for your order with PayPal you will reclaim the return postage cost to them by submitting your receipt through your PayPal account.

** Please note product warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover accidental or deliberate damage to the product.
